Pre Treatment
Pre Treatment is heart of processing of Textile. During this process, primary impurities which are contained naturally and secondary impurities which are added during spinning, knitting and weaving processes, are removed and fabric is brought to a stage where it is more absorbent & white. It also makes subsequent dyeing and softening processes easy.
Objective of Pretreatment
- To Convert fabric from hydrophobic to hydrophilic state.
- To remove dust, dirt etc from the fabric.
- To achieve the degree of desire whiteness.
